The ATOMIC 22 is a high-quality centre-console mono combining a sleek, modern design and a soft, comfortable and dry ride even in rough conditions. Both the Offshore 22 and Sport 22 are excellent all-rounders with the hulls being identical offering a very soft and dry ride even in rough conditions. Both models tick all the boxes for fishing and all forms of water sports activities. The Offshore 22 deck layout has been designed to be the ultimate offering for the serious fishermen while the Sport 22 deck layout is more family-orientated for water sports with her large fixed bow seats. Rated Category R – B (40Nm) 7 persons offshore and 9 persons inland (rivers, dams and lagoons) by the South African Maritime Safety Authority.

A key difference that sets the ATOMIC 22 build process apart from most other brands is that once the underdeck is plumbed, foam filled and sealed with glass fibre, only then do we bond the upper deck product. This comprises the entire gunwale capping, sides and floor all which are one mould to the underdeck. This ensures a solid and cohesive structure that’s watertight, jointless, and delivers unmatched performance and durability.
Our boats are built in one of the most advanced manufacturing facilities in South Africa, employing some of the best skilled artisans available and only using the Scott-Bader system (Loyds of London Approved) materials from mould prep and release agents, resin, matting and gel coats from start to delivering the final crafted finish on each ATOMIC 22.
Our versatile deep-V monuhull design offers a soft dry ride for fishing up to 40NM offshore while still being able to deliver great performance for water sports and leisure activities.
Africa, ATOMIC Power Boats has been building and delivering high-end monohull centre-console power boats since 2019. Whilst there are several competitors in the local market, ATOMIC Power Boats identifed the need for an American-style centre console suitable for offshore, inshore and water sports activities.
