Versatile ATOMIC 22 Sport edition with her wide beam of 2.62m offers a very soft and dry ride while providing luxurious deck space for a 22ft mono. Based on a proven hull design methodology, and fast back gunwales, she is very dry even in rough sea conditions while being an awesome water sports craft for wakeboarding, tubing, wake-skating, parasailing, skiing, etc. Our design is the pinnacle in performance when considering matched horse power and turning capabilities, be it in a big sea or during water sports. The power-to-weight ratio allows for a very economical, efficient and balanced boating experience. Her 21.8 deg. dead rise ensures a very soft ride while her draft of only 350mm facilitates access into the shallows.

The one-mould design principle means that the entire deck, rear seat, live well and gunwales from tip of bow to transom is one unit. The deck is bonded to the underdeck/chassis ensuring a seamless integration, while adding additional structural strength, practicality and aesthetic flow. To suite clients every need we offer 2 skippers seats namely fisherman’s type and box type. Two roof top options are available: hard top and bimini t-top. They incorporate forward and aft spreader/spot lights, led down lights, overhead/under roof storage compartments and rocket launchers/rod racks.

On 4th November 2020, Team Atomic took Erwin Bursik, the founding editor of Ski Boat Magazine, Africa’s largest and oldest ski-boat magazine out for an extensive sea trial and review off Durban beach. It was certainly a great honor to have such a legend in the ski-boat fraternity on board for the day. Apart from Erwin’s wealth of knowledge and experience, having sea trialed and reviewed over 400 ski boats over the past 40 years, his methodical and analytical approach with regards to the test itself was very informative to say the least.
