We use the traditional open mould process which remains the most popular building method internationally as a tried-and-tested method for decades, this while using the latest approved materials for our hulls, stringer/chassis transom (coosa board) construction, decks, casting decks and seats. To ensure a very rigid hull the hull remains in the hull mould for a minimum period of two weeks to cure and set, this while the stringer is bonded to hull, stringer is plumbed, foamed 100% (closed cell polyurethane foam, cut and sealed with no less than four layers of glass fiber matting and resin. Thereafter the deck comprising the floor, sides, gunwales and false transom is bonded to the underdeck, resulting in a seamless build intergration. Our highly skilled upholstery artisans craft each and every seat, backrest cushion and combing bolsters (knee/leg rests) along the gunwales stitch by stitch, all by hand. Only marine grade fabrics and vinyl’s are used that endure salt water, chemicals and the sun. All hardware is thoroughly polished, resulting in a serious shine which turns many a head. Every ATOMIC design that is launched is put through her paces during rigorous sea trials in varying conditions and on fresh water, prior to going into production. Plaining at low and high speeds and at full throttle, we turn and stern hard, you name it we trial it, checking to ensure that while inshore, offshore or having fun with the family skiing, tubing, the ATOMIC Experience is Awesome!  All aspects of Sport fishing and leisure and Offshore fishing were taken into consideration to offer maximum flexibility and quick conversion from a serious offshore fishing boat to a family leisure craft or vice versa in a matter of minutes, should you decide to do both on the same day. The elevated casting deck is easily convertible to a sun bed with a family-sized cushion.
